Component added via Component Menu
Allows localization of VideoPlayers directly and via the Component Menu.

void LocalizeVideoPlayer(MenuCommand command): Add ContextMenu-entry to localize a VideoPlayer. -
void SetupForLocalization(VideoPlayer target): Adds and sets up a VideoPlayer for Localization.
