- Update to docusaurus 3
- Fix tabs to work on docusaurus 3 (the plugin we used only supports docusaurus2)
- Change versions shown to only the last three minor versions based on converstations in discord from the maintainers
- Added in a section in the Readme for users to view/host older versions on their own infra
