246: Message Content Compliance

Glyph now tracks opt-ins/opt-outs regarding the usage of message content in the following categories.

• Dialogflow
• Starboard
• QuickView

Attempting to use NLP features without opting in to Dialogflow will show a prompt to opt in.

Starboards count now.

A lot changed internally to make this possible. It should be a pretty robust system for linking the original and starboard message, and making sure creation and edits work.

* Fix FA thumbnail table default to match false in quickview config class

* Use full size image instead of small thumbnail

* Remove original embeds on Quickview generation
