Changes in amounts assertions are related to this piece of code. Given we updated the ecosystems list, and also have only one test wallet per each, amounts assertions in integration tests needed to be updated to reflect that.
Also restoring part of deleted configs for the action, as the test:ci command needs solana utilities and also env vars to be set.
