3.1 More features

This release adds the following:

• Support for comment lines in calcom syntax

• Moved to a more human-readbale recursion syntax (old syntax remains suported)

• Added support for reccuring events on specific days such as 1st monday of the month

• Added weeks as a recustion type for better readability (previously 7 days)

• Added example .cal file with acompanying pdf
