Add a VMware Cloud Director example.
This is an initial commit only and nobody should use it yet.
Note that the README is not complete. It has a large commented out section for the inputs which is copy/pasted from the aws example.
There will be a follow-on PR to update the README and further document what's needed and what will be created by this example.
