Yes we have plan to gradually translate the whole React.js documentation site, both the current one and the new one.

The english version of the new site is not complete yet. It's still in beta. We will start the translation process soon as well once the English version gets completed. In the meantime, you can pick up any of the available page from #1 if you want.
