Pull Request Description:

Adding support in computing weights Hessian scores for multiple nodes at once.
In addition, changing HMSE Hessian scores collection to run over all HMSE supported nodes at once instead of running computation for each node separately.
Additional minor type-hints and tqdm fixes.
