- moved the absolute value function to allow for error concellation within an element - total output error changed to the sum of the element errors
- output correction given its own group in hdf5 file
- added *.hdf5 files to be ignored
- updated example to use most recent features of pytacsadapt - fixed the units in the script to generate the plate geometry
