This project defines three custom dashlets which you can use to interact with Twitter from within Alfresco Share.

Changes in version 2.5:

  • Fix Twitter dashlets bug whereby oldest Tweet ID from other lists viewed is retained and restricts current view
  • Twitter dashlets now open external links in a new window, issue reported by Alex Priscott
  • Twitter user timeline and search dashlets converted to 4.0-style Edit icons and added help bubble
  • Refactoring of Twitter dashlets to support read/write mode in all dashlets when authorized via oauth
  • Twitter dashlets refactoring to work with improved Share OAuth v2.2. Requires latest share-oauth.jar
  • Fixes to Twitter Search dashlet paging and new tweets polling, plus minor fixes to API resource names and paths
  • Update Twitter Search dashlet to make search result type a configurable option
  • Set separate maximum number of tweets when polling for new updates, by default 100
  • Cosmetic changes to Twitter Search and Twitter User Timeline dashlets - reduced width to 30em, improve labels
  • Twitter search dashlet now supports popular as well as recent tweets
  • Add customised titles to Reply and Retweet action dialogues
  • Move new tweet notifications into the dashlet title bar; stop Twitter Search dashlet from (unsuccessfully) trying to add retweets/replies to the timeline element.
