FUZZY TOOLS V3.0 EEVEE Next Support
Version 3.0 comes with different updates, with some that might not work fully with files created with older versions of Fuzzy Tools. When working on these files, rebuilding Floor and Sky with Scene Builder are the solution.

EEVEE Next is now fully supported. With EEVEE Next, Scene Builder shows additional AO control for Fuzzy Floor, since the AO for the floor is now added in the floor shader.

EEVEE Legacy still continues to be fully supported as well.

FUZZY TOOLS V2.0 UPDATES
Version 2.0 comes with a few updates that will break compatibility with files created with older versions of Fuzzy Tools. When working on these files, rebuilding the Floor and Sky are the solution.

  • Fuzzy floor will now mask any element behind it, similar to Cycles' Shadow Catcher

  • Sky panel has been renamed to Background, and 2 Palette colors were added for backup or reference

  • Floor Shadow panel has been given more properties for more control

  • Camera Scene panel now shows a few properties of the Active Camera, which makes it less necessary to select the camera

  • New Operator: the option to copy the Active Camera's passepartout alpha to all cameras

  • Operator Move Keyframes and Markers has been given more options

  • Info and Warning Messages have been moved to the Status Bar

  • Many small improvements and bug fixes

FUZZY TOOLS V1.1 UPDATES

  • New Operator: copy current Shutter time to selected 'mblur' markers. Besides enabling/disabling Motion Blur, now the Shutter can also be animated
  • New Operator: set distance to 3D Cursor as the camera Focus Distance
  • New Operator: rename selected cameras as alphabetic variants of the active camera (e.g. CAM.001A, CAM.001B)
  • Fuzzy Floor shader now with proper Shadow Catcher in Cycles (Fuzzy Tools still optimized for EEVEE)
  • More properties and functionality in the Camera Control panels
  • Viewport Lens was added to Fuzzy Viewport Panel header for quick access
  • Lights added with Scene Builder won't replace each other anymore. Instead, they are added
  • Change in naming and naming convention:
    • 'CAM.##' to 'CAM.###' to follow Blender's naming convention
    • 'Backlight' to 'RimLight' to keep the lights grouped together in the Set collection
  • Code clean up. Some lines that didn't change blender default were removed or set as comment for possible access in the future
