you should see a fetch or sync button in place of the contribute button on the bottom right. I'm seeing contribute since it is your fork and branch. Your branch is 42 commits behind master. You might just need to sync your branch from master and it should only say 1 commit ahead.

After that then this PR might pass the build errors that we are getting and avoiding us from merging your change.
