Hubtel Changed some API Params

This should Fix minor bugs found in the tests on the 2.0.2.

This should also fix most of the breaking changes on the Hubtel API with backward compatibility.

This Release also marks support for the v2.0 on the v2.0 branch. Breaking changes will be rolled out in the following weeks on v2.1.
