Follows upstream change: openshift/pf-status-relay-operator#34

Fixes error seen in https://art-jenkins.apps.prod-stable-spoke1-dc-iad2.itup.redhat.com/job/aos-cd-builds/job/build%252Focp4/13833/

 ERROR Related image contains kube-rbac-proxy but this does not have pf-status-relay-operator in dependents
