[Konflux] Add olm_bundle_konflux job

[vfreex]

1. Add new pyartcd job olm_bundle_konflux to build OLM bundles with Konflux.
2. Auto-trigger olm_bundle_konflux job from ocp4_konflux job.
3. Update Doozer to write record.log for information about the resulting operators and bundles.
4. Follow up [konflux] do not use the -container suffix in the NVRs #1277: Use distgit key instead of Brew component name for NVR.

This PR requires #1281 for setting the correct pull secret on buildvm.

However, the part of triggering olm_bundle_konflux from ocp4_konflux can't really be tested without production env. We probably needs to watch after merge to see if the trigger actually works.
