- Many functions gained a lot of functionality quickly
- Internal meeting to that WE all know what's going on
- Write more vignettes that show all options
- Write more extensive documentation
- How will we all publicize the package?
- N has an group working on Shiny, they might pick up on it
- R has a nice internal opportunity if we get approved by CRAN within the next 2 weeks
- Can we use existing structures that already connect the companies to show off visR as a successful example
- Think about how we invite people to contribute -> Style/API/etc
- Have core meetings AND visR community meetings every X months
- Discuss with users and potential collaborators
