In windows download:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/vcxsrv/
(choose single windows)
In windows install WSL2 with ubuntu:
Start wsl.exe

sudo apt -y install g++ libx11-dev wget
wget https://www.clearskyinstitute.com/ham/HamClock/ESPHamClock.zip
unzip ESPHamClock.zip
cd ESPHamClock
make hamclock-800x400
export  DISPLAY=:0
./hamclock
