This project seeks to understand the extent to which higher educational attainment contributes to income levels and how the disparity between groups can be accounted for by racial inequity.

Visualizations include regression models, correlation plots, and interactive maps using ggplot2, corrplot, and Leaflet packages in R to analyze data obtained from the American Community Survey.
