Update clippy version.
`proc_macro` has been accepted into stable, so the feature flag is no longer necessary.
Chat logs are now loaded from a subdirectory of the `assets/` directory, to improve the organization of project assets.
Add `counter` command.
Update rustfmt configuration. Apply rustfmt.
Remove unused config options from example .env file.
