  • Giannis will try to fix travis errors for Rivers PR, then merge
  • Landcover shp.py has file selection and labeling done, working on implementing shapefile output

• EarthCube abstracts/notebooks https://www.earthcube.org/EC2020 (All - 10 min)
  • Mark and Brad and maybe Samira will submit abstracts (Mar 20)
  • Possibility that the meeting will be canceled due to COVID-19, so do not purchase tickets/book rooms yet.
  • We will create a landcover notebook. Landcover was chosen because of its multiple steps, no need for GPUs, and wide-spread applications. Users can easily supply their own atm corr and spectral libraries. The notebooks idea is largely an experiment, tutorials/demos are acceptable, and will provide more visibility to projects.
• Code reuse (15 min)
  (Seals -> Whales) Alex joined and described the whales pipeline. We can use his water/whales tiles and model in the seals pipeline.
  (Seals -> LandCover) We will finish implementing shapefiles for landcover.
  (Penguins -> Rivers) Found Hieu's code to mosaic predicted tiles. Need to convert from in-memory tiles to read from files. Samira has python code to tile in first step.
