Mediapipe requires protobuf3 Not sure if this is the right way, but works for me! (but cause some rebuilds)

rich causes huge rebuild test-tube doesn't build with strange error scikit-image doesn't build either Not sure if this is the right way (actually it looks like dirty hack), but works for me, so whatever!
