* Update CI actions and remove use of gh-pages branch * Add package lock for npm ci command * Regenerate package.lock to hopefully make CI happy * Use yarn instead of npm * yarn.json -> yarn.lock * Use 'install --frozen-lockfile' for npm ci behavior * Disable Lint test for now * Rename job from 'Build and deploy' to 'Build'
