[ES] Remove unused dependencies (#157)

Uninstall the following unused packages:

* express-validator
* jsdom, @types/jsdom
* showdown, @types/showdown
* babel, babel-loader, and @babel/core
* clean-webpack-plugin
* highlightjs
* mathjax
* nodemon

Remove JSDoc references as JSDoc doesn't work. See #153
