I have a degree in Industrial Engineering from the EUTI in Jaén, specialising in Industrial Electronics. I am also a Computer Systems Engineer from the UNED and I have a Masters in Computer Engineering from the UAL (IOT specialisation).
I have worked for Telefónica de España for almost 30 years in digital switching, digital transmission and power systems. I have also been a network administrator and web developer, PL-SQL (Oracle), Java, ASP, JSP, JS, CSS, etc. I have also worked for 15 years as a project manager in Telefónica de España in document systems based on Oracle-Intermedia-Text (ORACLE) and Documentum (EMC).
For about 15 years I have been a collaborating professor at the EET (School of Technical Excellence of Telefónica) of Telefónica in the chair of Systems in the part of Innovation. I have also been a beta tester at the IdeaLab of Telefónica de España for about 20 years. I have won two idea competitions at Telefónica de España :"Energy saving" and "Call forwarding automation" and in 2014 I was a finalist in the Big Idea Competition Europe.
I am currently retired, but I have not lost the desire to continue learning, as I am currently a PhD student at the UAL in Industrial Engineering.
I have published two books and numerous articles in technical and scientific journals. I am passionate about technology because I believe it can help humanity to improve in many ways.
