Part of cerc-io/watcher-ts#386

  • Refactor store, eth-chainservice and node init functions
  • Store stateHash, candidate signed state and Outcome in Channel class following the ChallengeRegistered chain event
  • Call challenge method of NitroAdjudicator contract
  • Generate latest binding after contract changes in state-channel/nitro-protocol
