Initial Release

The Vault Apigee secrets engine is written in Go and has no runtime dependencies. Pre-built binaries are available for linux/amd64 and windows/amd64. To list supported platforms use "go tool dist list". To build for a specific platform use the platform or set "GOOS" and "GOARCH".
