Added linking new pages created from highlighted text

Creates the ability to add a link to a newly created page from a highlighted segment. This feature supports the graph view while exploring a new topic with GPT.

Hey @nberezowsky this is a great feature. i tried it out and the user experience is unexpected and breaks when inferring a title:

• your proposed change makes the whole selected text and also the new chat a single link
• after inferring a title on the new chat the old selected text disappears and leaves an empty link to the new file

I would propose instead of using a link, add a foot note like in scientific papers. AFAIK Obsidian supports foot notes in MD. This way the text stays the same and the link is moved to the bottom of the file and will still show up in your link graph
