Lineage 2.0

Changes:

• Uses D3 v4, which is a lot faster with the force simulation
• Uses canvas instead of svg, for performance reasons
• Scrapped the ruby converted in favor of node
• Also includes a script to generate some family data, although it's fairly primitive
