Update MD analysis and results

Sixth round of revision:

• HSD17B2 protein models are now more correct, after correction based on experimentally validated structures.
• This lead to more correct predictions of the binding poses and binding affinities.
• Fig. 3 now displays the new molecular docking and binding affinity results.
