Educational Token Platform (EDU Token)

A Decentralized Learning Management System (DLMS) that leverages blockchain technology to facilitate the administration, tracking, and delivery of educational courses and training programs. This platform uses EDU tokens as an incentive mechanism for learning and teaching.

📋 Prerequisites

• Node.js (v14 or higher)
• MongoDB
• MetaMask browser extension
• QuickNode API key
• Ethereum wallet with test ETH (for Sepolia testnet)

🛠️ Installation

1. Clone the repository:

git clone https://github.com/akashadsare/edu_tokken.git

2. Install dependencies:

# Frontend
cd edu-token-app
npm install

# Backend
cd ../edu-token-backend
npm install

Configure environment variables: .env

REACT_APP_QUICKNODE_HTTP_ENDPOINT=your_quicknode_endpoint
REACT_APP_CONTRACT_ADDRESS=your_contract_address

# Backend (.env)
MONGODB_URI=your_mongodb_uri
JWT_SECRET=your_jwt_secret
PORT=5000

Start development servers:

# Frontend
cd edu-token-app
npm start

# Backend
cd edu-token-backend
node server.js
