Set a scaling factor for Morse code speed set via 7H.

Also, I am dropping all .hex files that I could successfully build. Most of them are not tested by me but should be fine. They just may be missing some features without them being enabled in the source code.

Known good ones are: anduril.wurkkos-fc13.hex, anduril.sofirn-blf-lt1-t1616.hex, anduril.hank-emisar-2ch-fet.hex, and anduril.hank-emisar-2ch.hex. I will be testing more light models that I own in the near future.
