v3.0.0-rc10 - Fix complex streaming fields

Streaming fields of complex entities are now automatically enabled
Prefer Typed is now done in the background
All background tasks now run against the config entry instead of globally
New binary sensors have the correct firmware requirement on all entities

No changes to device tracker / location entities, please continue to monitor this as it should be working since rc9.
