Add a requirements file to help create a virtual environment that includes pySBOL3 and jupyter-notebook so that the tutorial code can be executed.
Ignore the products of the tutorial scripts, the virtual environment, and jupyter checkpoint artifacts.

I've added in my changes to both PPT files. Nothing substantive has changed with the model since we last talked, but I updated some context and changed the ontology terms to hide the "magic numbers" as we recommend to use ontolgoy-helpers like TYTO to hide them now. |
