fix(k2v2rgb): add QK_BOOT to default layout

Description

This change replaces Q_RESET with QK_BOOT Esc bind to have a way to reboot to BL by default the same way it is implemented for k2v2/rgb/iso

As described in keyboards/keychron/k2/rgb/v2/ansi/readme.md:

• Keycode in layout: Press the key mapped to QK_BOOT if it is available. In the default keymap Fn+Esc.
