This is a release of our internal software for processing electrocardiography data. This version of matmap is an update of the to work in newer versions of Matlab. It also removes dependences on mex libraries.

Features include:

  • Calibration and preprocessing of experimental data
  • manual beat segmentation with automatic propagation
  • import wizard for data with different structures
