@Bychin fixed a warning where the tool was using the deprecated set-output field for github actions by bumping the dependencies. Should not have an impact, just fixes warning.

@jvm986 kindly added support for including the main package in the test coverage. There's an additional option to enable it (it's ignored by default)

Initial release

This is the initial release of the cov-diff tool. I'll add more bugfixes later probably but this should be mostly stable.
