Magento2 Bootstrap Theme

This is a benchmark theme for Magento2 based on boostrap 3.x Todo are:

• Minicart Fixes Update: Its fixed in recent release.
• Checkout Page issues

I am open to any suggestion for modification or fixes in the theme. Please ping back for pull requests with explaination and would be appreciated.
