### Accessibility baseline
Most of our customers are making strides to become more accessible as an organization. The accessibility baseline enables IT Pros to configure accessibility policies to empower their end users to create accessible content and limit the ability to remove accessibility checker settings from being disabled.

## Auditing changes
Cloud Policy service integrates with [Microsoft Purview audit](/purview/audit-solutions-overview). Once [auditing is enabled](/purview/audit-get-started), events such as policy configuration creation, deletion, changes, and priority order adjustments are captured by the Purview service. You can use the portal or PowerShell to [search the audit log](/purview/audit-search?tabs=microsoft-purview-portal) for reviewing any changes. For more details on captured operations and data format, refer to the [activity documentation](/Purview/audit-log-activities#m365-apps-admin-services-cloud-policy-activities) and [schema reference](/office-365-management-api/office-365-management-activity-api-schema.md#m365-apps-admin-services-cloud-policy-schema).
