v0.1.1 - Scene Updating

This is a small update to enable the updating of the notes interface when the scene is changed, either from opening or creating a new scene.

This update also moved over to using a distribution script to generate the distributable zip files automatically. To facilitate this some data needed to be put into a package.json so it can be read by the packager.

Install instructions are also now included with the package, yay.
