Setup v2 Cam Plus and RTSP

1. Wyze Cam v2 must have the standard firmware
   • If you you already have RTSP firmware on your v2, you must re-install the standard Wyze Cam v2 Firmware. Download standard Wyze Cam v2 Firmware (Wyze.com).
2. Activate Cam Plus on your Wyze Cam v2 with standard firmware
3. Restart your Wyze Cam v2
4. Now flash your v2 with the latest RTSP Firmware
