FIrst Release

Buncha stuff added since the last release so I decided to make an official one

• !me
  *Gives users profile picture and link at the bottom
• !card
  *Shows friend codes and/or usernames of services
  • !card [user] will show someone elses card
  • !card (service) (id/username) to change it. do !card (service) 0 to remove
