Network-based link prediction algorithm was implemented in order to find out novel drug-target interactions The DTI network is provided extracted from the MATADOR database (DTIsubset.tsv). Link prediction was performed using the Common Neighbors (CN) method presented in Lu et. al., (2017) on the given network. The program outputs CN scores for novel drug-target interactions in descending order.
