- inert handles static files - nodemon handles reloading the server - mvdir is a no-dependency wrapper around for moving stuff around

This branch is largely for experimenting with bits of the HAPI library, and figuring out a sensible way to carry out sitespeed runs.
At the moment, it takes about 20-30 seconds to finish a run on a single site, but at the end of the run, users are redirected to the generated html by sitespeed.
This is strictly a proof of concept, for starting a discussion about how to get a first version visible for people to try out.
