6. TitratR

Purpose

TitratoR is used for the data treatment of MS titration of oligonucleotides (although it can be used for other analytes) from raw MS data to final titration plot. It is capable of calculating the corrected concentrations of free and complexed species even with non-equivalent response factors. It does not handle multimeric species yet (but several ligands are ok).

Principle

Intensities of species are calculated by summing the intensities across the selected m/z ranges. Correction with the response factor of each species requires the use of an internal standard IS, as described in Anal. Chem. 2009, 81, 6708-6715.
