Changes:

• Fixed Miniconda. Also Python version is now moved to 'Platform' property rather than 'Channel' (which should be reserved for thing like Beta, Preview, etc).
• MicrosoftSSMS and AppleiTunes now resolve the URL rather than just returning https://aka.ms/ssmsfullsetup / https://www.apple.com/itunes/download/win64

Known issues:

• RedstorBackupProStoragePlatformConsole is not working in PowerShell 5.1 (403 Forbidden error)
