First beta version

This is the first public beta release of our FastqInDex'er. We did intensive tests with many FASTQ files from different sources and so far, the results were good.

The file fastqindex_0.9.0b.gz is the gzipped version of the compile fastqindex binary. Most of its dependencies are statically linked.
