This pull request introduces the implementation of the ConCon benchmarks and dataset to the Avalanche continual learning library. ConCon (Continually Confounded Dataset) is a dataset designed to study the effect of confounders in the continual learning process.
I have implemented one dataset class that handles the download and loading of the data, and three benchmarks for each one of the cases they present in their paper.
