v21.1.124 Release of the HTML5-based Cinegy Workspace Front-End

To use this release, either compile the front-end locally, grab the zip from the public build server, or use the internally compiled version attached to this release and accessible from the links below. The front-end internally compiled version is also available from the usual Cinegy customer portal locations.

 Please note - back-end packages are available only via the Cinegy Portal for customers 
 with a valid SLA for Cinegy Archive & Workspace.

This release is made up of the following components:

Cinegy Workspace Front End v21.1.124.4428 - release version (WSFE) - front-end application
Cinegy Media Asset Management Services v1.162.0.140 - release version (MAMS) - back-end application
Cinegy Image Service v1.34.0.0 - release version (CIS) - (same as RC1 version) - back-end application
Cinegy Archive Service v15.2.0.4053.24477 - release version (CAS), part of the Cinegy Archive v15.2 package - back-end application

This release includes the items shown above as part of the release, although to function it will require an operational installation of Cinegy Archive and supporting services. The minimum supported version of Cinegy Archive Services is v15.2.0.4053.24477, and is included with the latest 15.2 release package of Cinegy Archive. The minimum Cinegy Archive DB version is v14, and this should be patched to the latest updates using DB Wizard included with the Cinegy Archive v15.2 package.

New Features:

  • US6760 Workspace: Subclips are saved directly to a Bin from a Roll/or user Bin
  • US6761 Workspace: Subclip enumeration is supported
  • US6824 Workspace: Industry-standard shortcuts are implemented
  • US6774 MAMS: Method to enumerate media groups in MAMs is created

Defects Fixed

  • DF13590 Workspace: There are no icons near option in the context menu
  • DF13931 Workspace: Added number isn’t displayed at sub-clip name after its creation in Roll. The refresh is required.
  • DF13595 Workspace: Sub-clip is created with wrong timecode
