Nuclearcraft-Reactor-UI

This is an updated version of my official release.

Changelog:
-Updated the graph, flipped it so that it starts from the bottom and grows towards the top.
-Cleaned up the code so that it runs a bit smoother and faster.
-Added a way to determine how long each iteration (or step) takes to process (this includes the one second delay while waiting for a touchscreen even).
