Fix tenure relationship test failures on BrowserStack/Chrome

Why:

• Some tenure relationship tests encounter test failures when run against BrowserStack/Chrome (see Travis log). The test failures are due to ChromeDriver throwing the ElementNotVisibleException whereas the tests are expecting the ElementNotInteractableException, which is what GeckoDriver is throwing.
• Batch 3 is now taking too long and is hitting the Travis timeout limit.

What:

• Similar to PR Fix test failures on using ChromeDriver-BrowserStack #78, we adjust the failing tests to look for both ElementNotInteractableException and ElementNotVisibleException.
• Move the location tests from Batch 3 to Batch 2.
• Bump the package version to 0.5.1.
